I love to eat pho . I get the sea food pho with lots of veggies fresh basil and bean sprouts. So good . I really love the spring rolls . They used to be bigger, but I get it " shrinkflation " the peanut sauce is to die for. I know inflation is making our favorite foods cost more , although is I'd worth paying a little extra. It is nice have me food local . A whole lot better than traveling out of town.
It's not just Soup they make the best Vegetable Beef Noodle salad with Egg Rolls! It's best I have had throughout silicon valley They offer it with Pork and Shrimp ! excellent taste healthy salad and good protein! My go to dish
My husband & I love coming here to eat. The restaurant isn't that big, but every time we've come here - almost every seat is usually filled. The owner is super friendly & service is quick. We got our food within 10 mins of sitting down. They do get a good amount of takeout orders as well - during the time we were eating there, at least 5 people came in to pick up their orders. They have more than just pho - they have rice plates, banh mi (sandwiches), noodle dishes & boba drinks as well. Definitely one of our top places to eat in Hollister!
The beef pho is delicious! I only ever really order take out, but they always have food ready in time communicated over the phone. Great condiments are packed with the noodles. If they have spring rolls, we usually pick up some of those too. Not superb, but definitely tasty and worth the trip and cost. With little competition in town, this is the better of the options in town.
A proper Pho restaurant in Hollister. The side dish veggies are fresh and complete with basil leaves. The important part of Pho soup for me is the broth and noodles. Both deliver goodness every time. Especially when your not feeling well or have a terrible hangover...this is the cure I've been coming here for years. Sometimes, 2 days in a row!
